Design and deliver engaging content to enhance teaching and learning: Educators who are digitallg skilled can incorporate technology into the teaching and learning experience. They create interactive content using online tools such as e-books, simulations, and lesson plans to enhance their curriculum. They utilize digital resources such as LMS, online quizzes, simulations, multimedia presentations, and virtual labs to enhance student involvement and enhance knowledge retention. This interactive and engaging technology empowers teachers to customize personalized learning using adaptive learning platforms and promote collaboration and international relationships, allowing students to collaborate on projects with peers around the globe.

Facilitate flipped or blended learning: To thrive in the 21st century, educators need to become proficient in digital skills and adopt progressive teaching methods such as flipped and blended learning. Through the utilization of video editing tools, screen recording software, and interactive quizzes, an educator can develop high-quality pre-class material for flipped learning to promote self-directed learning and technology proficiency in students. Teachers who are skilled in digital technology can create courses that incorporate online discussions, assessments, and effectively use Learning Management Systems like Moodle and Canvas in a blended learning environment.
